Coordinated furniture, finishes, and circulation bring the office together, reflecting Karamia Designs’ approach to commercial interior design in Los Angeles: spaces that express a company’s identity and support the people who use them.
Before: Cofounder AI Office Space in Marina del Rey
Before its interior transformation, this office space in Marina del Rey, California, featured exposed wood beams, visible ductwork, concrete floors, and high windows that brought natural light inside. Its industrial character provided a distinctive starting point, but the space needed thoughtful planning, furnishings, lighting, and finishes to accommodate technology company Cofounder AI.
Karamia Designs’ brief was to create a cohesive workplace with executive offices, collaborative workstations, a conference room, a welcoming reception lounge, and employee kitchen and lunch areas. The design balanced individual work with team interaction while expressing the company’s identity throughout the office.
